These are the Terms & Conditions of purchases from The Professional Shop at Carnoustie Golf Links (the “shop”, “we”, “us”, “CGLMC Ltd”, “Carnoustie Golf Links Ltd”)
Product & Returns Policy
We promise that if any Carnoustie Golf Links Merchandise purchased does not meet with your approval for any reason, you may return it within 30 days. (Your 30 days start from the date on your receipt, or from the date when you received/collected any items you purchased online).
Items must be unworn and in its original condition, with the tags attached. Sale items purchased in-store or online can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, for an exchange only. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised items or gift cards. General discounts or discount codes cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note (online purchases) or a valid receipt/proof of purchase (in-store purchases). All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency (unless otherwise stated).
- The Professional Shop at Carnoustie Golf Links will not accept liability for any failure by the customer to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment labels, catalogue, or website. This statement does not affect the customers statutory rights.
- Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
- If the goods are subject to import duties/or taxes for overseas orders these costs will solely be borne by the customer.
To start a return please contact proshop@carnoustiegolflinks.co.uk, if your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how to process. Goods returned without request will not be accepted. Carnoustie Golf Links will not be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the order was fulfilled incorrectly by us, or the product is damaged/faulty. We cannot accept any liability for any goods posted by customers, which are lost or damaged whilst in transit.
A contract between the customer and The Professional Shop at Carnoustie Golf Links for the sale of products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed at which point the customer will be charged for the value of goods despatched, plus postage. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, images and descriptions of our products that appear on this store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We accept most credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Maestro, Diners Club, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping Policy
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 business days. If you request an exchange and the item is in stock, we will aim to despatch your exchange within 3-5 business days. Delivery charges are displayed below.
Carnoustie Golf Links has the right to amend these times without prior notice.
Please Note: Dispatch and delivery time is not guaranteed, and some deliveries may take longer due to external factors beyond our control, such as strikes.

Free Shipping During Special Events and Promotions
Free shipping will apply to your online shop order only (not applicable on mail order or in store). This will show at time of check out and in line with the terms and conditions of the Event or Promotion. Carnoustie Golf Links has the right to remove this shipping option at any time.
VAT / Customs & Duties Tax
VAT (value added tax) will not be charged on deliveries outside the UK, but custom and duties charges may apply to certain territories. If goods are subject to import duties/or taxes these costs will solely be borne by the customer.
Click & Collect
There is no minimum order value to qualify for Click and Collect purchases. This service is free for orders purchased from our online shop.
Purchases made by non-UK customers will not be eligible to claim tax back retrospectively when using the Click and Collect Service.
Click & Collect orders will be available for collection within 2-4 days from placing the order.
Carnoustie Golf Links will hold your order in store for 7 days, after which the order will be returned to the stockroom and your account refunded. Please note the refund may take up to 7 days to process once the order has been returned to the stockroom.

To collect your order, you must present your order confirmation email along with valid ID matching the name on the order. We cannot release your order without these documents.
Gift Cards
Carnoustie Golf Links Gift Cards/Vouchers cannot be purchased or redeemed online.
Season Ticket Holder Discount - Terms & Conditions
Season Ticket Holders (STH) of Carnoustie Golf Links can apply their discount to goods purchased online and via Click & Collect. This discount will be authorised through the email address linked with your Season Ticket only. STH discount applies to full priced merchandise only and excludes sale items, golf clubs, gift cards/vouchers, alcohol and special orders. STH discount cannot be used in addition to any other discount code offered online or in store. STH discount is only valid for purchases made by the STH registered with CGLMC Ltd. STHs are not permitted to share their discount code with any other individuals. Any STH found to have provided their STH discount code with a non-STH will be considered to have misused the discount and may be subject to disciplinary action. CGLMC Ltd have the right to refuse use of discount if it is deemed to be misused.

This offer is available online and in store, and entitles any customer who uses the code ‘TAKE10’ to a 10% discount from the current selling price of full priced items throughout the duration of the Winter Sale. Subject to availability. 10% Discount applies to full priced merchandise only and excludes sale items, golf clubs, gift cards/vouchers, Official Carnoustie Photo Experience, alcohol and special orders. The offer does not apply to Gift Cards, and cannot be used in conjunction with multibuy offers, other discount codes, other promotions, or price matches. This offer is available to redeem by entering the code ‘TAKE10’ at the checkout screen of the website. The offer must be applied at the point of sale, and cannot be applied retrospectively. Season Ticket Holders will be entitled to 30% off all full price items using the code ‘STH30. Subject to availability. This discount will replace Season Ticket Holder standard 25% discount for the duration of the Winter Sale and is not additional to the standard 25% discount. The offer must be applied at the point of sale, and cannot be applied retrospectively. The offer and discount is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable.
